A LEGACY OF LEADERSHIPAugusta Homes has the experience to build the home you have always wanted. Ken Wrench started his career in Charlotte’s luxury building business industry in 1986. His business acumen in helping develop/design desirable products and subsequent successes in reputable upscale communities earned him the honor of being recognized for the ‘40 under 40’ and ‘Businessmen to Watch in Charlotte’ by the Charlotte Business Journal. Ken eventually settled in Cornelius with his family and launched Augusta Homes in 1997.
Ken has focused primarily on building in the Lake Norman region, dotting the landscape of meadowlands, forests and lakefronts with stunning bespoke properties that will continue to be enjoyed for generations to come – a true legacy – many so private, they are not visible from the street to provide ultimate privacy for the homeowners. There is no doubt that Augusta Homes has made a significant and memorable contribution to the residential architecture in Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson and Mooresville. Ken knows and understands this area like the back of his hand. The pride associated with owning an Augusta brand product has never wavered.
