Augusta’s prior site research with a previous owner provided valuable knowledge, ensuring a smooth transition from lot selection to construction. The project involved tearing down a small existing home, relocating a central utility telephone pole, and merging two lots to create the ideal footprint.
Designed for both entertaining and efficiency, the home features distinct spaces for formal events and casual living. Its layout reflects thoughtful home plans for entertaining, where seamless indoor-outdoor flow and purposeful room placement elevate the hosting experience. Sustainability was a core focus, with an ultra-efficient all-electric design, induction cooking, and an advanced HVAC system adapted from commercial transit applications—a residential first. Augusta collaborated closely with specialized trades and manufacturer representatives to bring these innovative features to life. Beyond construction we continue to maintain and service this home through our HomeCare program in partnership with the homeowners.
