Last year, we embarked on a wonderful journey to become the premium-level builder in a new community called The Preserve at Narrow Passage in Davidson, NC. In March, our first project, an IDS Charity Showhouse, was completed with much fanfare. We hosted several hundred designers, vendors, clients, friends and family for private events at the modern farmhouse we called "Audrey’s Dream." This community was designed by world-renowned Randall Arendt to offer a mixed use development surrounded by a conservatory of protected land. The 200 acres will feature 39 single family homes with rural walking paths connecting to a greenway and neighborhood park.

Early this year, we identified an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in a new gated community in Mooresville, NC. Ideally situated near The Point and The Trump National Golf Club, Saylor's Watch will be private and intimate, with only eleven homes with shared or private docks. Gated communities on Lake Norman present a rare opportunity, and as a result, half of our available lots are already under contract.
