Originally built by Augusta Homes in 2002 as a luxury waterfront custom home on Lake Norman, this property was thoughtfully reimagined two decades later by the same homeowners. In 2022, Augusta was invited back to lead the home’s renovation and expansion, modernizing key interior spaces and introducing elevated outdoor living areas.

The original layout, with its angled rooms and early 2000s design features, was transformed into a more open, functional, and contemporary living space. The renovation included high-end finishes and custom details such as a metal-strapped decorative range hood and a modern Sightline Steel front door, bringing timeless character and curb appeal. Augusta also added a terrace-level swimming pool, a covered grilling porch, and an outdoor fireplace lounge.
Collaborating with a local design team, Augusta provided a renovation process that respected the homeowners’ professional schedules and long-standing connection to the property. The result is a fully modernized luxury home on Lake Norman designed for comfort, entertaining, and the next chapter of lakeside living.
